Research Methodology
This study used quantitative method for data collection process which the researcher distributed the questionnaires that are specially formulated with the question that related to the research topic and distributed to related respondents. The series of the questions related to the variables in this research. The aim of this questionnaire was to find out the online food delivery service is effective during new normal in Malaysia.

H₁: There is no significant relationship between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention towards online food delivery service.
H₂: There is no significant relationship between time saving orientation and behavioral intention towards online food delivery service.
H₃: There is no significant relationship between convenience motivation and behavioral intention towards online food delivery service.
H₄: There is no significant relationship between privacy and behavioral intention towards online food delivery service.
H₅: There is no significant relationship between security and behavioral intention towards online food delivery service
